Abstract
This Regulation prescribes full standards and rules to be applied on boats and yachts, present on the Croatian territory in order to grant a sustainable and environmentally safe traffic and navigation.
This Regulation also provides for monitoring options and standards, conditions for sailing, local boat and yacht marketing rules, navigation area, conditions and supervision of construction of yachts and boats, boat registration and Register procedures, standards for marks and names of boats, certification for boats and yachts, boat documents, crew standards for boats and yachts, terms and conditions for the acquisition of certificates, and other important issues ofthe fair practice for boats and yachts.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
