Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of articles 1, 3, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 54, 55, 58, 62, 68, 86, 87 and 92 of the Regulation on boats and yachts (Official Gazette 27/2005, 57/2006, 80/2007).
Major changes are related to the general definitions and standards, administrative provisions and procedures, technical standards governing the craft sector on the Croatian territory.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
By way of derogation from the provision referred to under paragraph 1 of this Article, the provisions referred to in Heading III of this Regulation shall enter into force as from the date of accession of the Republic of Croatia into the European Union or as from the date of entering into the agreement between the Republic of Croatia and the European Union on conformity assessment and admission of industrial products in recreational craft sector.
