Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of articles 3, 17, 61, 62, 67, 69, 70, 71, 80 and 81 of the Regulation on boats and yachts (Official Gazette 27/2005, 57/2006, 80/2007, 3/2008, 18/2009).
Major changes are related to the general definitions and standards, administrative provisions and procedures, and technical standards.
