Abstract
This Regulation amends many articles provided by the Regulation on boats and yachts (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 27/2005, 57/2006, 80/2007, 03/2008, 18/2009, 56/2010 and 97/2012).
Significant changes are related to the general definitions, administrative provisions and concrete boat ownership issues; various technical aspects and provisions; boat/yacht registration provisions; and changes done to the Annex (also part of this text).
