Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of articles 24, 30 and 79 of the Regulation on boats and yachts (Official Gazette 27/2005, 57/2006, 80/2007, 3/2008, 18/2009, 56/2010).
Major changes are related to the general definitions, administrative provisions and procedures, duties and responsibilities of the physical and legal persons, and certain technical standards regarding the registration procedure.
