Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation on boats and yachts (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 27/2005, 57/2006, 80/2007, 03/2008, 18/2009, 56/2010, 97/2012 and 137/2013).
Major changes are related to the adoption of the following international documents: Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 November 2013 on recreational craft and personal watercraft and the repealing of the Council Directive 94/25/EC; Directive 97/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 1997 on the approximation of the Laws of the Member States related to measures to be taken against the emission of gaseous and particulate pollutants from internal combustion engines installed in off-road mobile machinery; Regulation (EC) 765/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 July 2008 on the establishment of applications for the accreditation and supervision of markets in respect of the placing on the market and the cancellation of validity of the Regulation (EEC) 339/93; Regulation (EU) No. 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on European standardization, its amending Council Directives 89/686/EEC and 93/15/EEC, and various other as listed in the article 1 of this text.
