Abstract
This Regulation amends some articles part of the Regulation on cheese and cheese products (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 20/2009).
Changes are related to the introduction of observance and respect of the provisions stipulated by the Regulation (EC) No. 764/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 July 2008 laying down the procedures for the implementation of certain national technical regulations on products lawfully placed on the market in another Member State and repealing Decision no. 3052/95/EC (here as regards the food safety of cheese and cheese products).
