Abstract
This Regulation amends certain articles part of the Regulation on commercial fishing at sea with encircling nets for sardines (Official Gazette 101/2014, 125/2014, 140/2014 and 147/2014).
Changes are related to the approvals and administrative issues; provisions regarding the boat owners that did not use the number of permissible fishing days; and other specific deadlines.
