Abstract
This Regulation defines the terms and conditions of marine commercial fishing with nets and surrounding nets (purse seine) for sardines, design and technical characteristics of fishing gear and fishing equipment for sardine purse seine, conditions and manner of issuing of the related licenses, and other relevant issues (criteria for project approval, content of the approvals, conditions under which it is possible to transfer approvals, content and method of keeping the Register of approvals).
