Abstract
This Regulation amends few articles prescribed by the Regulation on commercial fishing at sea with encircling nets for sardines (Official Gazette 101/2014, 125/2014, 140/2014, 147/2014, 2/2015, 37/2015 and 44/2015).
Changes are related to the replacement of vessel (same owner); transfer of specific fishing privileges; and additional bans on sardine fishing (time bans, indicated dates and time).
