Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions stipulated by the Regulation on commercial fishing at sea with encircling nets for sardines (Official Gazette of the republic of Croatia 101/2014, 125/2014, 140/2014, 147/2014, 2/2015, 37/2015, 44/2015 and 134/2015).
Changes are related to the effective time ban for fishing with certain fishing gear/method (article 10); and some administrative issues such as dates and official deadline (article 11).
