Abstract
This Regulation amends and adds certain provisions that were stipulated by the Regulation on commercial fishing at sea with encircling nets for sardines (Official Gazette 101/2014, 125/2014, 140/2014, 147/2014, 2/2015, 37/2015, 44/2015, 134/2015 and 94/2016).
Significant changes are related to the following issues: from 5 January 2017 until 16 January 2017 each vessel engaged in fishing with a sardine swimmer shall have a maximum of five fishing days (article 10); and some swordfish fishing provisions (article 10, added paragraph 5).
