Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of the Regulation on the concession on maritime domain for the purpose of building and economic use of the special purpose port and port for nautical tourism in the bay of Luka in the Tisno County (Official Gazette 74/2010).
Changes are related to the administrative and legal matters, regarding the official duties and responsibilities of the holder of the obtained concession.
