Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary standards, technical and administrative information regarding the concession for the construction and use of maritime domain of the Luka bay, situated in the Tisno county, Republic of Croatia.
The related concession is been obtained for the purpose of improving and promoting of the local and regional development and will be used for economic and touristic purposes.
The total area granted under this concession is: 63 345 m2, of which 8835 m2 land area and 54 510 m2 of sea surface.
