Abstract
This Regulation adds and amends certain provisions prescribed by articles 2, 34, 64 and 80 of the Regulation on the conditions and methods for maintaining the order in ports and on other parts of internal waters and territorial sea of the Croatian Republic (Official Gazette 90/2005, 10/2008, 155/2008).
Changes are related to the general definitions and environmental standards, and technical provisions to be observed.
This Regulation also amends the provisions of the Annexes I and II of the Regulation on the conditions and methods for maintaining the order in ports and on other parts of internal waters and territorial sea of the Croatian Republic (Official Gazette 90/2005, 10/2008, 155/2008).
Major changes regarding the Annexes are related to the vessel waste management.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
