Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and methods for maintaining the order in ports and other parts of internal waters and territorial sea of the Croatian Republic with an aim to preserve the environment and to provide a safe and sustainable navigation and use of the national waterways.
The control, monitoring and other actions related with the maintenance of order are duties to be performed by the Port Authorities.
The body that manages the port shall prescribe special Laws in order to submit them for the approval by Port Authorities.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
