Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the conditions and methods for maintaining the order in ports and on other parts of internal waters and territorial sea of the Croatian Republic (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 90/2005, 10/2008, 155/2008, 127/2010 and 80/2012).
Significant changes are related to adoption of various European Council Directives and Regulations as listed in the article 1; and also amends some issues of the Annex 1 (the amended parts of the Annex are part of this text, see article 2).
