Abstract
This Regulation adds and amends certain provisions prescribed by articles 51, 59 and 80 of the Regulation on the conditions and methods for maintaining the order in ports and on other parts of internal waters and territorial sea of the Croatian Republic (Official Gazette 90/2005).
Changes are related to the duties and responsibilities of the competent authorities, general definitions and environmental standards.
This Regulation also adds a new Annex II and III.
The added part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
