Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of articles 4 and 7 of the Regulation on conditions for the arrival and stay of foreign yachts and boats intended for sport and leisure activities in the internal waters and territorial sea of the Croatian Republic (Official Gazette 2/2005).
This Regulation also amends the provisions of the Annex II of the Regulation on conditions for the arrival and stay of foreign yachts and boats intended for sport and leisure activities in the internal waters and territorial sea of the Croatian Republic (Official Gazette 2/2005).
Changes are related to the technical definitions and standards.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
