Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions and standards to be applied on foreign yachts and boats which are intended to pass trough or to stay on the sea territory of the Croatian Republic, for recreational, tourist cruises, participation in sports competitions or boat shows.
The prescribed conditions and standards are related to all phases and movements of the foreign vessels or boats on the Croatian territory.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
