Abstract
This Regulation amends some issues brought by the Regulation on the conditions for carrying out activities of production, placing on the market and use of hazardous chemicals (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 99/2013 and 157/2013).
Changes are related to the added provisions to the article 2 (exceptions for legal and natural persons); references and classification names (article 3, acute toxic category 4); and new article 4 (obligations for operators dealing with hazardous chemicals).
