Abstract
This Regulation here determines special conditions governing the correct manner of production, storage and transport, placing on the market (also for imports; wholesale and retail sale) and use of hazardous chemicals, intended for all legal and natural persons engaged in such activities on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The provisions here stipulated are not meant for the placing on the market and the use of products in which a hazardous chemical is found/present in such form that it is harmless when used or is contained in a closed system that protects from opening or spreading.
