Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions stipulated by the Regulation on the conditions for carrying out activities of production, placing on the market and use of hazardous chemicals (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 99/2013).
Changes are related to the use of the term laboratory instead of the reference of the competent national institution; technical and spatial requirements (articles 8 and 9); and specific decontamination provisions (article 18).
