Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on conditions, criteria and granting of aid under the measure I.10. "Permanent cessation of fishing activities", (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 18/2016).
Changes are related to the cancellation of the provisions stipulated by article 3 (paragraphs 4, 5 and 6, and renumbering of the previous paragraphs 7 and 8 that now will be numbered as 4 and 5); and certain technical issues part pf the Annex I (regarding the formula for effective vessel length calculation).
