Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary conditions, criteria and method of granting the assistance/aid that is determined under the I.10. "Persistent cessation of fishing activities", part of the framework of the European Union Priority "Encouraging environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based fisheries" within the framework of the Republic of Croatia and its Operational Programme for the Programming Period 2014-2020.
This Regulation sets the necessary conditions, criteria and method of granting the assistance/aid that is determined under the I.10. "Persistent cessation of fishing activities", part of the framework of the European Union Priority "Encouraging environmentally sustainable, resource efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based fisheries" within the framework of the Republic of Croatia and its Operational Programme for the Programming Period 2014-2020.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
