This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the conditions for establishing zones for sanitary protection of water sources (Official Gazette 66/2011).
Major changes are related to the: concrete technical requirements and duties when dealing with official controls; agricultural/irrigation/livestock related water issues; list of forbidden actions and/or installations; and other technical standards and rules.
