Abstract
This Regulation provides all necessary conditions and standards for the correct and mandatory establishment of sanitary protection zones (on the territory of the Croatian Republic) that are used for public water supply, including various measures and restrictions on use, and deadlines and procedures for making decisions on the protection of water sources (administrative terms and rules).
The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to: sources for which the concession is granted for commercial use of water; sources which are not used and are not planned as a concrete backup source for public water supply.
