Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions prescribed by articles 2 and 5 of the Regulation on the conditions that must be met by a vessels, and by natural or legal person who carries out the activity of renting boats (Official Gazette 41/2005).
Changes are related to the general definitions and standards.
This Regulation cancels the provisions of the article 10. The cancelled article is related to the granted permission to rent yachts and ships under foreign flag in the territorial sea and internal waters of the Croatian Republic.
This Regulation further provides for certain technical changes, part of the Annex I.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
