Abstract
This Regulation prescribe the minimum requirements to be met by vessels that serve for rent, as well as the conditions that must be met by natural and legal persons engaged in renting boats, or similar activities in the internal waters and territorial sea of the Croatian Republic.
The rules and standards provided by this Regulation are also applied with the aim of granting the minimum environmental impact and a correct application of the Maritime Code.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
