Abstract
This Regulation changes and adds several provisions of articles 1 and 8 of the Regulation on conditions for placing on the market and import of aquaculture animals and products thereof, and the list of vector species (Official Gazette 5/10).
This Regulation cancels the provisions of the article 17 of the Regulation on conditions for placing on the market and import of aquaculture animals and products thereof, and the list of vector species (Official Gazette 5/10).
Major changes are related to the definitions, transport, storage and health requirements, international and local trade standards.
This Regulation also amends the provisions prescribed in the annexes II, IV and V.
The new Annexes II, IV and V are an integral part of this Regulation.
