Regulation on Conditions for Placing on the Market and Import of Aquaculture Animals and Products Thereof, and the List of Vector Species.

The Regulation specifies: a) the vector species; b) animal health requirements for trade in ornamental aquaculture animals that are intended for closed ornamental facilities; c) certification of animal health conditions for placing on the market of: 1) aquaculture animals intended for breeding, including the relaying area, where hunting is the purpose of recreational fishing conducted and organized restocking and outdoor facilities for ornamental animals, as well as the recovery of the population; 2) aquaculture animals and products thereof intended for human consumption; d) animal health and certification for the import and transit through the Croatian territory, including storage during transit of: 1) aquaculture animals intended for breeding, including the relaying area, hunting and outdoor facilities for ornamental animals; 2) aquaculture animals and products thereof intended for human consumption; 3) ornamental aquatic animals intended for closed ornamental facilities for animals.
