Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on costs for services and procedures carried out by the Institute for Seed and Seedlings (Official Gazette 17/2009).
Changes are related to the provisions that directly prescribe the amounts and fees for specific services and procedures carried out by the Institute for Seed and Seedlings; and the cost of the annual fee while the variety is registered in the National List of Varieties for agricultural crops and vegetables.
