Regulation on costs for services and procedures carried out by the Institute for Seed and Seedlings.

This Regulation provides the costs for services and procedures carried out by the Institute for Seed and Seedlings, and time and manner of payment of these fees and charges.
Costs for services and procedures performed by the Institute are the following: costs for testing over varieties in the experimental field and laboratory; process of recognition of varieties (value of the variety (VCU) and tests for determining distinctiveness, uniformity and stability of varieties (DUS); costs for the award and the expire of prescribed rights; cost of the supervision over the production of seeds and planting material on the territory of the Croatian Republic; costs for certification of seeds and planting material, including certificates on packaging and labelling; costs for determining the quality of seeds (purity, germination, moisture content, health status) and other mandatory and /or specific analyzes; costs for sampling, record keeping, storage of samples and issuing of official reports.
