Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on costs for services and procedures carried out by the Institute for Seed and Seedlings (Official Gazette 17/2009, 50/2010 and 57/2011).
Changes are related to the costs of receipt for the request for grant of rights; annual fees for the duration of the cultivation period; amount of the annual fee for the duration of the breeder's rights; determination of varietal seed correspondence with the "standard sample of the variety," stored at the Institute for Seed and Seedlings of the Croatian Centre for Agriculture (Food and Rural Affairs); other technical definitions and denominations.
