Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions prescribed by the Regulation on costs for services and procedures carried out by the Institute for Seed and Seedlings (Official Gazette 17/2009, 50/2010, 57/2011 and 116/2011).
Changes are related to the costs of examination over the value of variety (VCU) by species and groups of plants for each year; and to the costs of the test for determining distinctiveness, uniformity and stability (DUS) by type or group of plants expressed in year defined points.
This Regulation further changes the official name of the competent Institution: “Croatian Centre for Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs-Department of seeds and seedlings."
