Abstract
This Regulation makes some smaller amendments to the article 20 of the Regulation on the criteria for determining the allocation of individual parts of the ports open to public traffic of local or regional interest, payment bond, conditions of use, and calculation of the maximum amount of compensation and income distribution (Official Gazette 97/07).
Changes are related to the duties of the competent authorities regarding port fees and charges.
