This Regulation prescribes the criteria for determining the allocation for each of the ports open to public traffic of local or regional importance.
The Regulation further provides all necessary standards and measures regarding different types of port tax payment methods, the criteria for determining the amount of compensation and the maximum amount of compensation.
This Regulation also contains a guideline related to the policy used during the distribution of annual incomes.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
