Abstract
This Regulation amends certain prescribed standards part of the Annex I of the Regulation on the criteria for determining the allocation of individual parts of the ports open to public traffic of local or regional interest, payment bond, conditions of use, and calculation of the maximum amount of compensation and income distribution (Official Gazette 97/07, 78/08).
Changes are related to the guidelines for the distribution of incomes.
