Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of articles 3, 4, 5, 10, 11 and 12 of the Regulation on the establishment of the Agricultural Land Agency (Official Gazette 39/09).
Changes are related to the official duties and responsibilities of the Agricultural Land Agency, general provisions and Agency administrative proceedings, technical agricultural land standards and financial measures.
