Abstract
This Regulation amends and adds certain provisions to the Regulation on fishing opportunities and criteria for the allocation of state quota and permanent individual quota for fishing of bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) in 2018 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 8/2018).
Changes are related to the fishing fees (article 4), and state quota award and allocation criteria (article 5); added article 8a (Fishing for scientific purposes: A portion of the government quota allocated to carry out fishing for scientific purposes may be used for the purposes of scientific research for which an agreement has been concluded with the Ministry).
This publication further amends the contents of the Annex 1.
