Regulation amending the Regulation on fishing opportunities and Igloo fishing (Xiphias gladius).

This Regulation hereby amends certain parts of the Regulation on fishing opportunities and Igloo fishing (Xiphias gladius) which was originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 36/2023. Changes are regarding the contents of Annex 1 (distribution of state quotas for needle catching in 2024), Annex 2 (list of vessels that can exercise the right to an individual needle fishing quota with a floating longline in 2024 and the quota amount per vessel) and Annex 6 (list of vessels that can exercise the right to needle fishing with trail and panula according to the Olympic principle for the year 2024) which are here entirely replaced and attached.
