Regulation on fishing opportunities and Igloo fishing (Xiphias gladius).

This Regulation prescribes: a) permitted fishing tools and vessels for targeted fishing of igloo; b) state quota for igloo fishing; c) conditions, criteria and procedure for exercising the right to the allocation of an individual quota for igloo fishing with a floating longline; d) conditions, criteria and procedure for exercising the right to use the quota by jumping and/or panning according to the Olympic principle; e) the manner and conditions for issuing the Permit for igloo fishing and the transfer of the Permit, the deadline for issuing the Permit and the Permit form; f) compensation for the allocated individual quota; g) restrictions on the use of fishing tools for igloo fishing; h) rules related to by-catch of igloo and for sport and recreational fishing of igloo; i) rules related to the delivery of data and the vessel monitoring program for targeted fishing of igloo; j) rules related to unloading, transshipment and sampling.
