Regulation amending the Regulation on the form and manner for keeping the single register of genetically modified organisms and on the manner for determining costs.

This Regulation provides for certain corrections and amendments to the Regulation on the form and manner for keeping the single register of genetically modified organisms and on the manner for determining costs (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 148/2020).
Changes are related to the contents of article 2 (setting references to the Directive 2001/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms and repealing Council Directive 90/220/EEC; and of 2004/204/EC: Commission Decision of 23 February 2004 laying down detailed arrangements for the operation of the registers for recording information on genetic modifications in GMOs, provided for in Directive 2001/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council); and contents of article 7 and 8 regarding competent authorities and certain reporting issues in relation to the European Union obligations.
