Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on habitat types, habitat maps, endangered and rare habitats and measures for the conservation (Official Gazette 7/2006).
Major changes are related to the: cartographic presentation of habitat types (habitats map); official monitoring duties and obligations; special measures for conservation of habitat types which are incorporated into specific physical planning documents and management plans concerning natural resources; and provisions regarding the Ecological Network of the Republic of Croatia, or parts of the NATURA 2000 ecological network.
This Regulation further changes various technical aspects of the Annex I, II and III.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
