Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of articles 2, 3, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 31, 35, 36, 47, 49, 146, 164, 166, 170 and 172 of the Regulation on handling of the hazardous substances, terms and conditions for the maritime transport, loading and unloading of dangerous goods, bulk and other cargo in the ports, and how to prevent the spread of oil in ports (Official Gazette 51/2005).
Major changes are related to the general provisions and definitions, environmental standards to follow, transport and handling rules governing with hazardous substances and related affairs.
This Regulation further amends the provisions of the Annex I.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
