Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all standards, procedures and methods for: a environmentally safe and sustainable handling of dangerous goods in ports and on sea, conditions and manner under which they will be carried out for transport; loading and unloading of dangerous goods; bulk and other cargo type in ports, and a way of preventing the spread of oil.
When handling hazardous substances in port or on a particular sea area, special rules will be applied, as well as specific security, safety and other specific measures identified by a enactment of the Port Authority.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
