Abstract
This Regulation amends the provisions brought by the Regulation on handling of the hazardous substances, terms and conditions for the maritime transport, loading and unloading of dangerous goods, bulk and other cargo in the ports, and how to prevent the spread of oil in ports (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 51/2005 and 127/2010).
Changes are related to the specific ship/navigation issues (article 146: ships engaged in maritime coastal liner transport between the mainland and islands, when there is no other possibility of supplying the island with liquid fuels); and adds a new Annex (as Annex 6).
