Abstract
This Regulation adds a new article to the Regulation on handling of the hazardous substances, terms and conditions for the maritime transport, loading and unloading of dangerous goods, bulk and other cargo in the ports, and how to prevent the spread of oil in ports (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 51/2005, 127/2010, 34/2013, 88/2013 and 79/2015).
The above mentioned new provisions are related to the issues governing the handling/boarding of containers and other related terms (article 174a).
