Abstract
This Regulation amends some articles part of the Regulation on handling of the hazardous substances, terms and conditions for the maritime transport, loading and unloading of dangerous goods, bulk and other cargo in the ports, and how to prevent the spread of oil in ports (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 51/2005, 127/2010, 34/2013, 88/2013, 79/2015 and 53/2016).
Changes are related to the terms and definitions used (as regards the petrol stations, flammable or toxic gases).
