Abstract
This Regulation amends various parts of the Regulation on the implementation of the research and measures to prevent the spread and to control the potato ring rot caused by Clavibacter michiganensis (Smith) Davis et al. ssp. Sepedonicus (Spieckermann Kotthoff) Davis (Official Gazette 119/2006).
Major changes are related to the definitions and general terms of the scheme for diagnosis, detection and identification of the pest here defined; laboratory tests; and major changes to the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
